Best retirement yard ever! Joe looks after every horse like it's his own and even though I can't visit all the time I always get loads of photos and videos so I know my big lad is happy and healthy. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Couldn’t be happier that I found this place! As soon as I visited for a look around I could see how much care goes into the horses and they have a gorgeous place to live and so well looked after! I was struggling with time to look after my old boy and at first felt upset that I’d be leaving him with someone else but as soon as I got here I knew he would be so happy and well looked after! The farm has a very homely feel as soon as you visit and all the horses are happy grazing on lush fields of grass! I get photos and videos which make my day as I don’t get to visit him as often as id like and he’s always happy and nearly always eating or having a snooze, and he looks absolutely amazing weight wise and well groomed! He has made a new friend who’s also an ex racer so it’s lovely to see he has good company too! It’s always nice to visit as Joe will bring Blackie in and he’s waiting in the stable and it’s so much nicer being able to spend time with my horse rather than rush my jobs! It’s clear joe loves all the horses and has taken his time getting to know all there personalities! I would highly recommend farm house livery if you are looking for a retirement livery for your horse!

I moved my beloved Owen to Farmhouse Retirement Livery back in January, where he settled almost immediately. I cannot recommend Joe and the level of attention and care he provides. so blessed to have Owen closer to home again where I can visit him.
